1. No Refunds on Completed Visits
All services provided at Thrive by Apex are final, and there are no refunds for visits that have already been completed. Our treatments require consistency and commitment to achieve the best possible results, and once a session has been performed, it cannot be refunded.
2. Pre-Purchased Visit Policy
If you have pre-purchased visits and decide not to continue treatment, you may be eligible for a credit for any unused visits. This credit can be applied toward future treatments at Thrive by Apex, but cash or credit card refunds will not be issued.
3. No Guarantees on Results
At Thrive by Apex, we utilize advanced, non-invasive technologies to help our clients achieve relief and improved function. While we are committed to delivering high-quality care and doing everything we can to help you reach your goals, we cannot guarantee specific results. Every individual responds differently to treatment based on various factors, including their condition, lifestyle, and adherence to the care plan.
4. Testimonials & Individual Results May Vary
Testimonials and success stories shared on our website, social media, or marketing materials are from real clients who have experienced positive outcomes with our treatments. However, individual results may vary, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes. We encourage each client to discuss their specific expectations and progress with our team.
5. No Refunds on Equipment, Supplies, or Supplements
All equipment, supplies, and supplements purchased at Thrive by Apex are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:
✔️ Home-use devices
✔️ Therapy equipment
✔️ Nutritional supplements
✔️ Braces, wraps, or supports
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of these products once they have been purchased. Please consult with our team before making a purchase to ensure you are selecting the best options for your needs.
6. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
We value your time and strive to provide the best care possible. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to allow other clients the opportunity to book that time. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
7. Acceptance of These Terms
By receiving treatment, purchasing equipment or supplements, or engaging in any service at Thrive by Apex, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
